Doctor Office

I have been on psychiatric medicine since fifth grade. This was quite a long time ago as I am currently 23. Various forms of ritalin have been pumped into into my body through little pills or capsules. As I grew older I became more anxious and depressed and was eventually put on anti deppresants.

These two pills are my morning breakfast, a chemical smoothie for daily mental health. If I don't take them I know by lunch as I begin to experience withdrawls. It serves as a reminder that have swam too far from their chemically protected shores.

Today this all ends. I wait in this doctors office to tell my doctor, I am done, I want to go off my medicine. It won't be easy I will have to ween off them to help my body cope to their nonexistance. It's been a long road but I am ready to move on.

Africanized Bees

I wish I was making this up but this is seriously on the official United States Department of Agriculture website.
What to do if Attacked by Africanized honey bees
Remember these important steps:

1. RUN away quickly. Do not stop to help others. However, small children and the disabled may need some assistance.

2. As you are running, pull your shirt up over your head to protect your face, but make sure it does not slow your progress. This will help keep the bees from targeting the sensitive areas around your head and eyes.

3. Continue to RUN. Do not stop running until you reach shelter, such as a vehicle or building. A few bees may follow you indoors. However, if you run to a well-lit area, the bees will tend to become confused and fly to windows.Do not jump into water! The bees will wait for you to come up for air. If you are trapped for some reason, cover up with blankets, sleeping bags, clothes, or whatever else is immediately available.

4. Do not swat at the bees or flail your arms. Bees are attracted to movement and crushed bees emit a smell that will attract more bees.

Quote of My Life

"The only thing that interferes with my learning is my education." -Albert Einstein

A formal schooling is required by the dinosaurs but having an education says nothing about who you are or what you can do. Develop a love for learning and you will naturally learn more in life than a teacher can show you.

Curse you sun

I work from home and find that I do not like working at my desk everyday. I have a laptop so I move around the house depending on my mood. One of my favorite places to work is the couch. While its comfiness exceeds all places in my home, there just so happens to be a window right next to it which faces to the east. Every morning the sun rises and I come in to work. Depending on how I sit on the couch it either blinds me or makes my laptop's screen impossible to read. Right now I have a blanket attached to part of the window using those black paper binders and my girlfriends yarn. I really need to buy some curtains this is getting stupid.

US History I

My summer school classes started on monday and one of the classes is US History I. So, I sit down in the back of the room. Get out my composition book and pen. As usual I am trying my best not to be noticed and in walks this gorgeous girl. Okay yea thats common their are many beautiful women at the college.

But the weirdest thing happens, she comes over and sits in the desk right next to me and there were all these empty desks all over the room. Okay that is weird to begin with gorgeous women don't sit next to me. That is just how the universe works. Then she kinda started talking to me some, which again is like WTF is going on here!? Today we talked a bit more and at the end of class she asked if I wanted to stay after on thursday and study with her (for the test on tuesday). I was like o_o. Well of course I said yes. But seriously, the only way I can describe the emotion she inspires in me is utter terror. No, not anxiety. When she is talking to me I am afraid.

It is like I am half expecting that she is part of some giant human eating plant that dangles her infront of sad lonely guys then when they let their guards down... WHAM plant eats them. That is the only reason I can come up with for someone like her talking to someone like me. :P
